Creamy Mexican Chicken Pasta from AKBrideinMD
3 C. Bowtie pasta
1 1/4 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
8 oz Velveeta cheese, cut into cubs
16 oz container salsa
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk
Cook pasta as directed on package. Meanwhile, cook strips of chicken in pan coated w/ cooking spray over medium heat. *I think the chicken is much better grilled and then cut into strips.* Once pasta and chicken are cooked, combine all ingredients in large saucepan and cook over low heat until melted and combined. Enjoy!
