Peanut Sauce

Peanut Sauce from VJCJenn

1 c. chicken broth
3 Tbsp. (heaping) creamy peanut butter (actually Chunky works too, you’ll just have bits of peanut in your meal)
2 Tbsp hot sauce (or less, this is pretty spicy)
3 Tbsp. honey
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp ginger (more if fresh grated)
1 Tbsp minced garlic (or 4-5 fresh cloves)
Red Pepper Flakes

Stir and Simmer in a saucepan! I usually add tofu and already cooked veggies right to the pan and serve over rice. Or I toss with the tofu shirataki noodles that have been the rage for dieters.
