4 boneless chicken breasts. ( I only use two because I buy the big ones from Costco).
1/4 cup butter
1 0.7 oz. envelope of Italian dry salad dressing mix
1 10 3/4 oz. can condensed golden mushroom soup
1/2 of an 8 ounce tub of cream cheese with chives and onion ( I used regular and added some chopped onions and chives)
1/2 cup dry white wine or water
3 cups hot cooked angel hair pasta
Snipped fresh chives (optional)
1) In a slow cooker, place chicen pieces ( I beat the chicken to tenderize and seasoned or you can put in frozen). For sauce,
in a medium sauce pan melt butter. Stir in salad dressing mix. Stir in mushroom soup, cream cheese, and wine. Pour over chicken.
2) Cook and cover on low for 4-5 hours. Serve chicken and sauce over pasta. If desired, sprinkle with chives.
