Bisquick Sausage and Cheese Balls

Bisquick Sausage and Cheese Balls from Stef611

1 pound bulk pork sausage
3 cups Bisquick baking mix
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crumbled
1 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley (optional but makes it pretty)

Heat over to 350. Lightly grease cookie sheet. Mix all ingredients and shape into 1 inch balls. Place on sheet. Bake 20-25 min or until brown. Serve warm.

Can be served with sauces like a bbq or , honey mustard for dipping
