Easy Carnitas

Super Easy recipe….take a pork shoulder, trim the fat, dump one can of diced green chiles on top…6 hours on high, 8 hours low…once cooled, remove and shred…perfect for sandwiches or in tacos.

Feel free to add various spices or brown sugar before cooking…you can mix in some sweet baby rays afterwards to make pulled pork barbeque
