Italian Salmon from Linzee
1 pound salmon fillet
1 pkg. Good Seasonings dry Italian Dressing mix
1/2 c. water
Juice from 1 lemon
Mushrooms (I use portobello slices)
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a baking dish with Pam. Lay salmon pieces skin side down. Put Mushrooms on top. Mix Italian dressing mix, water and lemon. Pour over the mushrooms and salmon. Cover and cook in the oven 15 minutes.
Uncover and cook another 15 minutes.
