1-1/2 lbs of salmon fillets (bones removed)
3 tbsp brown sugar packed
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
1 tbsp butter, melted

Preheat oven to 425

Pat Salmon fillets dry. Brush with melted butter. Combine the seasonings in a small bowl and mix. Sprinkle the seasonings over the salmon, and press down gently. On a lightly greased baking sheet, bake for 20-25 minutes.
