Pork Chops with Apples and Stuffing from: AKBrideinMD
6 pork loin chops (approx. 1.5 lbs) 3/4 inch thick
1 can (21oz) apple pie filling
1 box (6oz) of stuffing for chicken
1. Prepare stuffing as directed on box.
2. Spread apples on the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish that has been coated w/ cooking spray. Put pork on top, then cover with stuffing.
3. Cover with tin foil. Cook at 375 for 40 minutes, take foil off after 30 minutes. *
*It took 60 minutes for the pork chops to cook fully in my oven and I left the tin foil on nearly the whole time so the stuffing wouldn’t dry out. Delish!
