Simple Summer Pasta

Simple Summer Pasta (that’s good year-round) from Mella&T

1 Box Penne Pasta (I prefer whole wheat)
1 Large Tomato
I can Pitted Black Olives
Feta Cheese
Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

Cook pasta and then run under cool water to chill (or refrigerate).
Cut tomato into small bite-size pieces and slice the olives (I usually get 4-5 slices per olive).

Combine the chilled pasta, olives, tomato and feta cheese. Toss with chilled dressing and serve.
