Pesto Sauce

Pesto Sauce from lauraanddave

3 large fistfuls (very precise, I know) of fresh basil, washed and dried
Olive Oil
Garlic
Pine Nuts
1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
Salt
Pepper

Put basil in food processor, turn on low, and drizzle in olive oil until the mixture turns into a smooth paste
Add 2 cloves of garlic, and let it puree
Add 1 tablespoon pine nuts, a pinch of salt, and a bit of pepper
